German commercial broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 and US media group Discovery have expanded their relationship with Sport1 to include the latter's Sport1+ and eSports1 channels to the Joyn OTT platform.
Sport1 was one of the initial 15 partners of Joyn, a 50:50 joint venture between ProSiebenSat.1 and Discovery in Germany. However, now its deal will also include two pay-television channels as well as the flagship Sport1 channel.
