UK pay-television broadcaster BSkyB has extended a deal to be carried on the TalkTalk telecommunications company’s pay-television service.
The new agreement will run for three years.
The deal includes the Sky Sports channels as well as other entertainment channels.
As part of the agreement, Sky’s internet television service, Now TV – including the Sky Sports 1, 2, 3, 4, Sky Sports F1 and Sky Sports News channels – will now be available to TalkTalk’s YouView customers on a flexible day-pass basis. Before now, only on-demand content from Now TV was available via YouView.
TalkTalk has offered its customers access to Sky channels since 2012.
