The MP & Silva agency has acquired exclusive rights for the Formula One motor-racing championship in the Middle East and North Africa, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania.

Polish pay-television operator Polsat has acquired rights for national football team qualifying matches, including those featuring the Poland team, for the Uefa Euro 2016 and Fifa 2018 World Cup tournaments, as well as rights for the finals of Euro 2016 in France.

The Polish football league, the Ekstraklasa, is investigating the possibility of launching its own television channel, according to Polish media reports.

Uefa, football’s European governing body, has invited bids for the media rights in Poland and Russia to the Euro 2016 national team competition.
