The CBS Sports Network pay-television channel, which is operated by US network CBS, has acquired rights to the AMA Pro Road Racing motorcycling series.
The agreement will take effect from the 2013 series’ second round, which takes place from May 31 to June 2, and will run until the end of the 2014 campaign.
CBS Sports Network struck the deal with AMA Pro Road Racing, which said that coverage would be shown initially in weekend afternoon slots, with several events set to be broadcast live. CBS Sports Network will also show repeat broadcasts and a new 30-minute preview show.
