One World Sport renews rights to Asian football leagues

US Asian-focused sports network One World Sports has renewed its rights for the top-tier domestic football leagues of Japan, Korea and China, for a further three years, from 2012 to 2014.

One World Sports will show three games each weekend from Japan’s J-League, two from the Chinese Super League, and one from the Korean K-League.

One World Sports agreed the contract extension with the World Sport Group agency.

The US network also broadcasts two live matches per week from the Australian A-League under a multi-year agreement which began with the 2011-12 season.
